An Essential Tremor Support Group has formed in Vero Beach at the Alzheimer & Parkinson Association. It is led by professional counselor Joan Marie Barringer, M.Ed. who has ET herself and uses holistic methods, body, mind and spirit, to improve quality of life for those with Essential Tremor.

The ET support group meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month and discussion includes self-care, social situations, proper nutrition, healthy habits, medications, doctors who specialize in ET and other topics of interest.
