Vicki Suplizio, MS, RN, BC  (COO of Aloha Home Care) is facilitating the ET Support Group during the Summer months.

An Essential Tremor Support Group has formed in Vero Beach at the Alzheimer & Parkinson Association. It is led by professional counselor Joan Marie Barringer, M.Ed. who has ET herself and uses holistic methods, body, mind and spirit, to improve quality of life for those with Essential Tremor.

Discussion includes self-care, social situations, proper nutrition, healthy habits, medications, doctors who specialize in ET and other topics of interest.
