Bonnie Mock, RN, a local healthcare professional, is facilitating the ET Support Group for the November 2013 meeting.

An Essential Tremor Support Group has formed in Vero Beach at the Alzheimer & Parkinson Association. It is led by professional counselor Joan Marie Barringer, M.Ed. who has ET herself and uses holistic methods, body, mind and spirit, to improve quality of life for those with Essential Tremor.

Discussion includes self-care, social situations, proper nutrition, healthy habits, medications, doctors who specialize in ET and other topics of interest.
